Today, Ms. Grace was able to come in early morning as she had texted me the time she would come the day before. She thoroughly checked the issue with my condenser unit and was able to quickly find out the problem with it's capacitor and was able to replace it quickly. She is very professional and honest in giving me her explanation to the problem I had. Her fee was very reasonable too. Thank you, Grace! I certainly recommend her.
Grace from The Cool Dude just saved me almost $2000. Another dealer recommended replacing my AC & furnace for $2100+. Grace quickly came by and fixed it by replacing a capacitor with one she carried in her truck for $275.
We just had a heater replaced. Grace and the installers did a fabulous job. Timely, effective, efficient and honest. We've used them for years and this is the first time it was a major repair. We're grateful for heat and Cool Dude. Thanks again!!!
Ms. Grace was great! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She knew less than five minutes why I was not getting air flow downstairs, in my home. Her fee was very reasonable.
