Can't live without The Taste Club at Brookhaven Cook's – Nancy Waldeck, a chef that teaches classes at Cook's Warehouse, is rockin'! We first experienced her wonderful class in September. I had no idea it would be a 4 course gourmet meal alongside the tastings of 11 - yes 11 wines! She brings the fun of food together with the joy of learning more about wine. It truly is what you like that matters - not the price tag. A bonus is you get 10% off your purchases the night of class - time to stock up!
Great Selection, Savvy Staff – This is my go-to place for cookware, gadgets, specialty baking items and kitchen appliances. It's rare that this packed-to-the-gills store doesn't have what I need. The salespeople are super-helpful and knowledgeable, and obviously have a passion for what they do. And I love that they have such a full and varied schedule of in-store classes. The class I took, on pressure cookers, was very informative and entertaining.
