I have had the pleasure to officiate 5 weddings at the Cookery and have enjoyed every one. The staff did a great job and the food was fantastic. My most recent ceremony was in the new garden area and things went wonderfully. I would have been impressed under normal circumstances. However, when a medical emergency occurred with a family member and EMS had to be called, the management team did an excellent job of handling logistics necessary for the easy access of the medical personnel. Such a beautiful event space. The people are wonderful, extremely helpful and professional!
Quite a nice venue, although the sound was less than desired for an auction. There was some music being played, again a bit over-run by the crowd, so hard to enjoy. Perhaps the sound system would be better with professional band, etc. Made for a fun evening, and the venue was my style, old brick, some wrought iron railings, nice bar in both rooms.
BEAUTIFUL space. I love that there are two indoor spaces and two outdoor spaces. I imagine they could accommodate any size event.
We just had our November wedding at The Cookery and it was amazing! We were able to use the entire grounds for our ceremony and reception. The new Ballroom is beautiful and I couldn't imagine having our ceremony anywhere else. Juli worked with us from the beginning and was extremely accommodation. She was quick to respond and was super easy to work with. She was able to make sure all of the venue details were handled in advance so during our wedding we didn't worry about a thing!
