No idea how ratings can be above a 3 for this place nor how the rent can be more than $1000. Previous tenants have complained of homeless folks sleeping in the stairwells, flooding and foundation cracks, stolen bikes, broken fire alarms systems, blood and bad smells in hallways, and lots of noise bouncing between the buildings in the parking lot at all times of day.
