I have been living at the Continental for 8 months now. I like that we have choices about meals. If I don't want what's on the menu today I can chose from a list of alternatives. The weekly cleaning of my apartment is great. The staff really cares about the residents.
Facility is horrible. Staff changes constantly. Recently all managers quit at the same time and I removed my loved one from here immediately. Found out very few notes were ever put in her file, I saw residents literally on the floor and missing personal items when I moved my family member. No communication between staff and families. The man representing the out of state owners is rude, belligerent and a bully. He told me he was going to evict everyone, close the facility and then reopen.
