The worst management team ever seen.
I've lived at The Continental for the past 2 years in a 2BR unit, and it has been a great experience. The location is very central, with most subway lines having stations within a block. Nicole, the leasing manager, was a pleasure to work with. The building staff has been a delight -- friendly and prompt. My unit is beautiful, but its had its issues, as done does any unit in NYC, but the building staff always takes care of them within a day. I highly recommend living at The Continental!
I've lived here for 7 years and I love having the Continental as my home. The friendly doormen, the Spa lounge with Pool, Washer/Dryer in-unit and Rooftop make this home worth staying in. Highly Recommend working with Nicole on finding the right apartment for you in this building.
