Affordable Apartments I just Think it's Wrong to Raise The Tenants' Rent Once Every Year in February Due to The Management Takes Too Many Days Off Everything Gets Pushed Back as Far as Where Maintenance Goes. Plus I Wouldn't Even Move a Dying Relative Here...
Great location, cheap rent Convenient location, can walk to retail/downtown and transit stops nearby. Apts are what you'd expect for affordable housing. Very reasonable, not a lot of amenities but pretty spacious layout. I feel secure here. Parking is free. Staff is friendly and attentive.
