Beautiful units within a safe and welcoming community. Management team is friendly and attentive!
So far so good! This is a place for a couple or single person for their first apartment. It’s been a smooth process with a great location. It’s quiet and it’s clean. I’ll be updating in 6 months to see how the year goes. Lisa is also great

You not only over pay for rent of a small space you also don't get heat in the winter. 2 years in a row. And your lucky if your outlets work for power. Hard to tell when you fuse boxes are painted over and you have to spend an half an hour to get panel open to flip your maybe 4 actual fuses that work. Have been reported to The BBB and the City of Phoenix. Next call is to attorneys for their attemp to charge move out fees when they can't provide heat!! Visited a friend that lives there. Seems a nice/safe place. Close to food places. Lots of street parking.
