Your failure to comply with the law make you liable. Cut and dry. It's documented, photographed, and undeniable, you are at fault and have failed to comply with the law, on both state and federal levels. It's not a matter of opinion. These are facts and evidence.

Beautiful units within a safe and welcoming community. Management team is friendly and attentive!
So far so good! This is a place for a couple or single person for their first apartment. It’s been a smooth process with a great location. It’s quiet and it’s clean. I’ll be updating in 6 months to see how the year goes. Lisa is also great
