I’ve been a resident of the continental for about 3 years now. I have very much enjoyed my time here. I have to give a shoutout to Lisa at the front office. She’s awesome. She has helped me out on several occasions and is always very responsive whenever I need assistance with anything. She really cares about the well being of the residents here. ROACH INFESTATION For years, I have reported the same problems: roaches, a broken gate, poor communication from management, and a lack of professionalism. I have repeatedly reported the roach issue. ARS 9-499.05 clearly states the requirements which your establishment fails to meet. Even down to the size of the signage, and dimensions of the lettering. Your failure to comply with the law make you liable. Cut and dry. It's documented, photographed, and undeniable, you are at fault and have failed to comply with the law, on both state and federal levels. It's not a matter of opinion. These are facts and evidence.
