Dorrie was an excellent resource in store answering all of my questions. She was helpful, friendly, and patient! Great customer service.
I just came in to pick up some items. Tina was there to help me and kept referring to me as a man. I'm very obviously feminine. This place is apparently for misogyny and trans-exclusion. Disgusting behavior
A worker asked if I needed help. I indicated I was looking for stuff for a graduation party for displays and to hold things. Instead of helping me, the worker told me I should go to Michael’s nearby instead. I actually found a couple of things fitting what I was looking for but was so turned off by how rude the worker treated me that I decided that yes, I’ll go elsewhere.
Today I walked in the store, there was two ladies at the front, one black and one white, both did not acknowledge me, when another customer who was white walked in, they were acknowledged. I will not patronize this business. I’m glad they didn’t have what I needed. Home goods will get my money every time.
