Arrogant and sarcastic person at the cashier today. Was just going through the motion of saying "nice" words but saying them in an arrogant and sarcastic way. I almost returned all my stuff. I thought Container Store has a good customer service. Very disappointing.
They cant take an order in o e store and have it picked up in anotber without you waiting 1 hour in your car in hot pasadena sun.
