For a client, had to have an elfa over-the-door vertical strip cut down yesterday morning. TCS (59th St & Lex) said it would take one hour. I was supposed to meet with the client shortly and didn't have an hour. A big shout out to Foung and John B at TCS who managed to expedite the job and cut the time down considerably. I love The Container Store, but can't overlook my experience yesterday. I had a delivery window from 5:00-10:00pm last night, and they didn't arrive until 11:00pm. I was basically held hostage in my own apartment. Why did I pay that $35 delivery fee?!
I did three of my closet here. Love this place ideas just keep coming!!!
