Edit: this store is horrible at customer service!!! I’ve been waiting 55 minutes to get a fucking shelf from the stock room to the counter. It unbelievable how bad they treat customers! In general a big fan of The Container Store how’s after my latest purchase I was treated pretty bad. I spent $1,000 on a few things and had them delivered. At delivery 3 items was missing. I called the store immediately and I had to convince the store that I didn’t get the item. They also made it a huge deal to get a replacement item delivere... read more
I had possibly one of the worst customer service experiences ever there from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble and order online! Surly, disinterested and mismanaged. I finally had to walk out after my complete frustration.
Staff was helpful and store layout was easy to navigate. Found everything I needed.
Great experience at Lexington Ave Store in NYC. Had to exchange some Elfa parts and needed explaination on what some of the parts were for as the intallation instructions we not included with the pick up in Paramus, NJ. Great staff at Manhatten store... Dissapointed with Paramus =~{
