I have been home all day waiting on an installation that is late and your installation guy isn't answering his phone. He called about 4 hours ago to say he will be here in an hour. He said he was in Napa. Guuess he either got in an accident or decided to go wine tasting. Either way we have our whole house tore apart in preparation and we had plans for this evening that may not happen as a result. Flaky and untimely appointing arrival is unacceptable.
