Everyone was so nice, even during closing and I was the last customer, but then there's always that one employee who has to say something unnecessarily rude and ruin the whole thing for everyone. First time there in my life, seems it will also be the last time.

I love The Container Store but I’m still disappointed in the corporate decision to not have the Hanukkah wrapping supplies go on sale one that holiday is over. By the time the 26th came around, Hanukkah had been over for more than a week and there were no bags or rolls of paper left for the wrapping paper sale. They have the best quality & selection but getting it on sale is almost impossible.

Great customer service. An item I purchased was broke and since I live an hour away they just mailed me a replacement, free of charge.

I love this place. I've literally never had a bad experience here. And Otis is Mr. Container Store Austin as far as I'm concerned!! Thanks for all the help and giggles!
