I see my post from a few months ago was deleted. I never heard from anyone at the store. I have reached out to the main page. I experienced discrimination while shopping at this store a few months ago. I am a local teacher and was really excited to give this store a try. I have since went to ikea to remodel my 4 closets.
The store item online. availability doesn’t match their actual store inventory. The store in Rockville MD was very disorganized which is ironic for an organization store. The staff was not very helpful. I was asked to call the store to verify my additional order had arrived. I have been waiting over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. Guess who just lost a customer today??? I have ordered from The Container Store many times. I love organization and this store was a dream place for me, but no longer. I ordered a desk top on 8/7. Instead of paying more for shipping than the actual item, I decided to do the pick up in store option. I selected 8/17 for my pick up date. After driving for an hour and a half to make it to the Rockville (from Towson) for my 6:15pm pick up time, I was told by an employee that my item was not there.
