Waited outside for almost an hour due to being “over capacity” yet there is no employees at the door and no employees counting. Haven’t seen the first customer even walk on the side of the store I’m standing outside of the entire time. I understand current events but today’s employees are not doing due diligence for a side walk full of people today 😡😡
You have to be kidding me. A Monday afternoon with over 12 people on line to pay with ONE cashier? Shame on you!!!! Absurd
No social distancing or one-way aisle usage by enployees. Setting bad examples. After five minutes in the store, three people asked me going the wrong way - . none were wearing masks. I know it’s my choice to shop and place myself around others, but don’t act like you have guidelines and not follow them yourselves or mention them to customers as they arrive. I decided just to go to the store and purchase what I need so I can start my project. The employees today were friendly and super helpful! I didn't get the name of my cashier, unfortunately. RecommendedI placed an online order for pick up. The team was great and my wait time was short. Unlike 2 other stores I visited today, I felt welcome and encouraged to shop there. I interacted with several team members, all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist.
