I will not go to your store ever again. You don’t tell people who are trying to wear a mask and shop at your store to leave just because they are not wearing it to your satisfaction. Especially when they were the only one in your store.
I have had an outstanding issue with a return for four months. I have talked to someone at headquarters and documented the issue; however, no one has followed-up with me. I have been a customer for over 20 years. The lack of customer service is unbelievable.

The manager would not allow me to continue shopping because I can't wear a mask. I had a cart load of stuff and she wanted me OUT. I tried to continue shopping but she kept blocking me. I've been in the store three times since they reopened without any hassles. The staff were very helpful with finding a product for me. I spent over $100. The Nazi like manager finally agreed to allow me to purchase what was already in my cart if I would leave the premises. The customer service has been horrific. I have called and emailed multiple times over the last few weeks and have heard no response. I am still trying to connect with a represenative.

I am so surprised it this horrible customer service I realize that we are coming back from a pandemic but if you want to keep the customers you better figure out a plan.
