I had my personal closet redone today (my husband had his redone last year). The ELFA system sale offers 30% off on the components and the labor. I put all my clothes, shoes, etc back into my closet and have more room than before. Thanks to Eric for the installation and all the ladies at the store who helped with the design.

The customer service was fabulous. It's a bit pricey though. For example, one boot box is $10. I didn't find what I was looking for either but the lady that helped me really did her best.

The people that work at this store are the best! I am planning my 5 and 6th closet from the Container Store. The employees are the best. They don't rush you or pressure you for the sale. Quality people-Quality product (Elfa).
OCD heaven, everything you could imagine. The customer service was wonderful. I was helped by a gentleman who works there 1 day a week...... Because he loves the store. You'll see me again
