Love this store at Christmas time for the wraps, ribbons and package doo-dads. Such a pretty selection and so much inspiration!
I don't often complain about retail experiences, but this has been a bad one so far.... 1) 55 minute wait for service...don't get in the "Q",that was miserable 2) a transaction error at the register resulted in a $200+ hold on funds in my account (still haven't been released 5 days later) 3) the welds on the shelf that I purchased had not been sanded out. So they wouldnt fit on the posts. Had to find a metal worker to sand them out. So overall not awesome. Too expensive, took to long, and was not possible to assemble with ou... read more
