Not once but twice I’ve tried to get my closet designed, and they can’t help me. You need to have helpful staff being told no one can help.
A big shout-out to the Cincinnati C.S.! I had ordered some items a month ago, and they still hadn't arrived. I decided just to go to the store and purchase what I need so I can start my project. The employees today were friendly and super helpful! I didn't get the name of my cashier, unfortunately. But when I went to check out she noticed I had the wrong rails for my closet system. It’s the best store ever if you live being organized. The Elfa closet system is expensive but it looks so nice in my closets of my new house. You can get cheaper stuff at other places but it’s not as good. Had it in the house I moved out of and have it again. I would go more if they opened a store in Louisville.
