Awful customer service with front desk but doctor was amazing.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. the front desk lady lied to me saying something was a Hippa violation when it wasn’t. She argued with me on the phone several times, refused to email me a copy of my prescription. Hung up on me when I was in the middle of talking. When I initially called to make my appointment she made it for my husband instead of me and then argued saying “no I called to make an appointment for him” It sucks because the doctor is great but every interaction with this lady is actual torture. Very pleasant experience! All of the staff were kind and attentive, the optometrist even came out to the front office to give my kids toys to play with while I was filling out paperwork. They also have a great selection of cute glasses!
