TCM-The Construction Managers- were profession- prompt- knowledgeable- fastidious on details- proactive- owners involved in process and relationship building- accessed best subcontractors - painters- granite - electricians etc. Jerry is awesome - so particular about every detail and very communicative. TCM was excellent! Would highly recommend!
The Construction Managers built the space for my bridge club. What a FABULOUS experience. I had! They had a VERY short time-frame to work with, had to demolish 3 spaces and make it into one, and rebuild everything from the ground up. John Varsames was sent from Heaven! What a gift.
