TCM-The Construction Managers- were profession- prompt- knowledgeable- fastidious on details- proactive- owners involved in process and relationship building- accessed best subcontractors - painters- granite - electricians etc. Jerry is awesome - so particular about every detail and very communicative. The Construction Managers built the space for my bridge club. What a FABULOUS experience. I had!
