Consignment Collection is Rude and Dishonest They are rude and dishonest. I use to buy from this place until they broke an armour an a few other items during delivery. They refused to take responsibility and told me it was already broken when I bought it. Both my husband looked at the furniture up and down and around before we bought it. It was not at all broken. Bad Consignment Store This place will take your items, when you call to check and see if your items sold they say they have to call you back, which never happens, or the answer is no sales yet. I went to the store, and was told my items had been left too long, and they could not find my file to give me any information, but if I found any of my items, I could take them. Beware of Consigning Anything at this Store! While this store has a lot of interesting items my suggestion is to NEVER leave any items there on consignment. I left several different items there and while they were not extremely valueable I would have liked to receive some compensation for them. The procedure is that the lady owner will only respond to phone calls or visits that you make to the store to determine if the items have been sold or if they are still on consigment. one of my favorite resale shops! I always enjoy exploring this store to see if there are any treasures I just can't live without...I have found some wonderful artwork, and not too long ago I found a fabulous buy on a leather sofa and love seat set, and the timing was perfect...I was just getting ready to move into my new home! I try to stop by as often as I can, but it is a little off my beaten path...I highly recommend the Consigment Collection!

All my items left for consignment had sold within 60 days. I have always received payment for sold items by the 15th of the following month. customer I have shopped at this store since the early 90's. I have always found the owners to be friendly and courteous. The merchandise is excellent and changes rapidly since things are so fairly price. I have purchased many Items which people marvel over.
