RecommendedThe apartments are setup very nicely and the furnishings are higher end than most apartments. The courtyard is the best! I love the relaxing nooks and seating areas around the fire pits and the pool that can be used year round. It's wonderful! The staff have gone out of their way to make it feel like home and have welcomed us and our pets with friendliness and a willingness to assist with anything we need. If you are in the market for a place to call home, I would highly recommend The Conrad!
The place is beautiful and pretty awesome. Scheduled to view a furnished studio apartment listed on Apartments.com for around $800. When I called The Conrad they told me that it was actually $1050 a month. I scheduled to view the studio apartment, and upon arrival was told I was being shown a one bedroom rather than the studio I had scheduled to view. Then they told me they wanted $1800 for a furnished unit. I am white and my partner who was with me is black, and we strongly suspect a racial component to their doubling the r... read more
Thoroughly enjoyed my time living at The Conrad. The amenities were fantastic (the pocket park was my absolute favorite), and the staff always went above and beyond to know their residents, take care of them and foster community. While there were a few maintenance hiccups, most were attended to in a timely manner. Recommend!
Reasonably priced and convenient location. Residents are friendly enough and staff knows your name. (Sarah M. in the leasing office is incredible.) Residents need to be better about cleaning up after themselves and walls need to be repainted. Overall, a nice place to live in Blackstone.
