Alex Cruz is a terrible realtor, he never showed up for a showing, I had cameras and saw the potential buyers with their realtor waiting to see my house.I drove home and Alex just pulled up and said he left his phone in his daughter's car, I believe he was going to lock my house up and pretend he showed the house Cameras don't lie.I fired him and hired a 5 star realtor who sold my home quickly her name is Pam Flamigetti,William Raivis realtors.
