I had a great experience at 7am and they were actually opened promptly and ready for business. My phone wouldn't charge with after being dropped in water. Immediately, Richard Lane diagnosed my phone in 5 minutes or less and VOILA phone working. I will most definitely frequent them in the future and spread the word regarding their service.
