I had come to Arizona from Utah to visit family for the holidays and had brought my old laptop with me. But I couldn't get my laptop to run on Monday when I needed to file my weekly unemployment claim and do a job search. When I called Ross, he said I could bring it over to his shop and he'd look at it. He had got it running and optimized the OS within four hours and I was so happy that I could get it running again that quickly!
Ross King is definitely the King of computer repair. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've used his company for many years and very happy with his work! Definitely recommend him for your computer repair. He even comes to your house. I didn't even have to leave my house, or take my laptop anywhere and leave it. A real life saver! I just built my first pc and was having some performance issues. I tried everything I could online and nothing was working. I gave Ross a call and immediately was helpful. He had me drop off the pc with him and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He determined it was a bad motherboard and I asked if he could replace it with another motherboard I brought him and he was kind enough to help me out even more. Ross was very easy to reach and communicate with, and of course, great at fixing computers. I appreciated that I could connect with him and drop my PC off on a Saturday. He definitely knows what he's doing and got my Dell working again right away, thanks Ross!
Ross installed my new Windows 11 Lenovo desktop and separate monitor, then transferred my files from my other desktop. Ross is patient, answered all my questions, put up with our Beautiful German Shepherd, all went very well. I would recommend Ross to anyone who needs a Computer Repair "King". Thanks Ross.
