Ross installed my new Windows 11 Lenovo desktop and separate monitor, then transferred my files from my other desktop. Ross is patient, answered all my questions, put up with our Beautiful German Shepherd, all went very well. I would recommend Ross to anyone who needs a Computer Repair "King". Thanks Ross.

A real life saver! I just built my first pc and was having some performance issues. I tried everything I could online and nothing was working. I gave Ross a call and immediately was helpful. He had me drop off the pc with him and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He determined it was a bad motherboard and I asked if he could replace it with another motherboard I brought him and he was kind enough to help me out even more. Ross did a great job. This was a big project with 5 computers. He was able to transfer and sync all my laptops, set me up with antj virus protection and I am now back in biz. Highly recommend for computer repair, computer virus protection for remote support. Having him Come to me instead of me dragging all these laptops to a storefront was super helpful. The price was great as well
