pleasently surprised I met Ross on a referral from a staff person at the old compu-serve stores. I mentioned I was a tech challenged boomer and he smiled and said call this guy.Ross is one of those people you wish were every where... I have always got more then I expected and in a competent and efficient manner. Comments re Ross King - 5-29-10 I called Ross Kind last year to check out my old computer. He was here when I expected him; he was courteous, business like; and didn't waste time.I recently purchased a new computer, called Ross with a few questions. He responded quickly, working over the phone and on my computer from his office, which just boggled my mind. In less than an hour, my computer was free of any problems. Will Never Use Another! Ross not only took care of our computer virus, but installed free virus protection to handle any future problems we may have. We now also have a link to reach him should we have any troubles down the road.Ross is knowledgeable and explains things so you can understand it. He not only gets the job done, but goes above and beyond what he was asked to do.I am extremely pleased with his service, and will never call another computer repair service!

wonderful work I had the Computer Repair King do a couple of my computers and he did such a great job that i recommend him to some friends. He removed a very nasty virus i had in one of them the other he did a cleaning on and made it faster. Thank you Computer Repair King for all that you did.

Ross Rocks! Ive been using Ross's services for almost 2 years now. He has upgraded several of my computers, including bringing my desktop back from the dead. I regularly use his remote assistance service. His rates are very reasonable, and he has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend his services.

The best price "KING" Yippee!!! for Ross!! First, couldn't open an email. Second, couldn'tforward an email. Third, couldn't get to my address book. Well, these all sound so easy,but I am a new computer nut. Ross did a lot of searching,and found the problem. Updated me to a newer program,and I am so happy. His expertise and good humor is wonderful. Even if you are a long time user, this is the man to call when you needcomputer help.

Ross is great! The power connection on my laptop had broken and I had taken it to several big box stores only to be told that I needed to either get a new motherboard or a new laptop. I took my laptop to Ross and he fixed the power adaptor! He was very reasonably priced and the work was done when promised.
