Not great service. In short they had our computer for about a week and then said they could not fix it. When we picked it up we asked if they offered a free diagnostic (as is advertised on their site). Very mean people. They verbally abused my wife when she asked if they offered a free diagnostic. And then said the would not take payment when they were offered payment. Not a professional service - do not recommend.
Very rude lady who answered the phone. Needed 2 GB of ram. Offered a premium and said I had to bring my computer in. Told her it was a phone calling card kiosk I was fixing and she yelled that she won't sell to competitors and hung up. Insanely rude. Tried calling back and offered a premium on the price but was hung up on again. Am not from the area and this was the first job I've had in Fergus falls so thinking I'm some sort of competition is outrageous. Update- was emailed that this review was helping others.
