I really hate to leave a bad review because I believe we should overlook small things and focus on people’s behavior, values, and good intentions. To be fair, they were very nice and seemed to try their best to fix my laptop GPU issue, where my system can’t detect the GPU or install the driver. However, since I was charged for something that wasn’t fixed, I believe they should have at least properly diagnosed the exact problem instead of leaving me without a solution.
