Mother-in-law got ripped off. Initial call was to fix a video issue. Issue was the color quality was set to 6 bit and couldnt be changed or sometimes the color quality would be set to 32 bit but when you launched AOL the color quality was reduced to 4 or 6 bit. Mother in law was charged \$295.50 for 2.5 hours of work by Tech James. This is what he did. Loaded new video driver, loaded XP SP2 and loaded Ad-Aware SE Personal, Spybot Search and destroy 1.3 and third spyware program. The Bill says scans were run, maybe but when I... read more
