Scott did an incredible job of not only fixing my issue and educating me, but also customer service and communication were top notch. From start to finish, this is one of the best experiences I've ever had as a customer.
Scott helped me get the info off of multiple old crashed computers and was so patient working with me answering my questions. He is a great guy, fun to talk to and determined to help his customers.
Not many people in todays world are patient and kind enough to slow down, and take time to teach others and impart wisdom. Scott did that from day one when I called to try and troubleshoot issues I was having on my omen, to the moment I picked it up to him when he was finished with it. Pricing is reasonable as well. Keep it up and thanks for the help, I will defintely be back!

After playing phone tag and everything else with any other computer shop in town and getting nowhere they were able to figure out what my problem was within a day and within another day of me getting him the parts needed had my computer up and running. Only computer shop in the Sioux City area worth taking a gaming PC
