Today he connected my new Laser printer to my phone and laptop. Then he set up my Blu-ray and wrote notes how to connect it. Then he installed all my amazon smart plugs with all my lights. Alot got done today! The owner who did all the work was super nice!!
We just moved to North Carolina (Elon) and none of our computers were working properly. We decided to buy a new computer and have The Computer Dept get everything set up. From Charlie in the store to having Steve come to our home was the best decision we made. Steve was Incredible in every way. Being new to the area and not very tech savvy, when I had to buy a new computer with Windows 11, I checked various local places so I could get my data transferred from the old to the new laptop. I checked out places on the internet and read the reviews, etc. and decided on The Computer Department in Burlington. They did a top-notch job with the transfer. Went above and beyond on EVERYTHING. Really nice and communicative people. Went in for a simple PSU install/wiring, left with a cleaner than before PC, updated drivers, anything and everything. They made communication clear if there was any preferences or questions they made clear to ask before continuing. Fast turnaround too.
The super guys at the Computer Dept. looked at my laptop for a very reasonable diagnostic fee and solved the mystery of the blackout I was having. Very knowledge and trustworthy!!
