This place is a nice find here in our area. Charlie, the owner, is a really nice guy and was very helpful in assisting me with a laptop charger issue for a friend. He's knowledgeable and courteous and the whole experience at his shop is way better than you'll get at any of the big box stores that sell and (maybe?) service computers. If you have any computer problems, save your time and take it to The Computer Dept. You'll be much happier!
We love The Computer Dept store! They are extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to knowing the state-of-art, be it computers, audio, and media center, technology. Highly recommend this team to resolve your challenges in a timely manner!
Charlie Mamakos did a great job repairing both my MacBook Pro and iPad. I will definitely use him and The Computer Dept. again. I highly recommend them.
Charlie is the byte-sized genius every office needs! He set us up with two mini PCs that run smoother than a fresh install, and helped us surf into the future with a Surface Book 2. Friendly, fast, and full of know-how - he really knows how to debug both tech and stress. If your setup’s feeling glitchy, Ctrl+Alt+Charlie it!
