Went above and beyond on EVERYTHING. Really nice and communicative people. Went in for a simple PSU install/wiring, left with a cleaner than before PC, updated drivers, anything and everything. They made communication clear if there was any preferences or questions they made clear to ask before continuing. Fast turnaround too.
The super guys at the Computer Dept. looked at my laptop for a very reasonable diagnostic fee and solved the mystery of the blackout I was having. Very knowledge and trustworthy!!
This place is a nice find here in our area. Charlie, the owner, is a really nice guy and was very helpful in assisting me with a laptop charger issue for a friend. He's knowledgeable and courteous and the whole experience at his shop is way better than you'll get at any of the big box stores that sell and (maybe?) service computers. If you have any computer problems, save your time and take it to The Computer Dept. You'll be much happier!
We love The Computer Dept store! They are extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to knowing the state-of-art, be it computers, audio, and media center, technology. Highly recommend this team to resolve your challenges in a timely manner!
Charlie Mamakos did a great job repairing both my MacBook Pro and iPad. I will definitely use him and The Computer Dept. again. I highly recommend them.
