Great service from TCC with Bryan Thomas!
Mark was extremely friendly and helpful in setting up separate user profiles on my laptop - one for work and one for personal use! He answered all my questions and explained things well. He outlined the steps he was going to take, let me know what to anticipate, and he walked me through things afterwards and made sure that I had everything I needed in both user profiles before signing off.
