I’ve been a member of the compound for 6 months now, I’m fairly new to the lifting game, however, everyone is incredibly supportive no matter what weight you’re putting up. The community here is immaculate and the lighting is phenomenal! I’ve seen many reviews about the gym being very influencer heavy and while that is true, nobody (in my experience) has been a nuisance. Amazing Gym! The energy and atmosphere are stellar. I am visiting on a buisness trip and travel 45 mins due to the good vibes, amazing equipment and judgement free atmosphere.
