Good vibe, nice sauna and locker rooms. Lots of tripods, and people recording, crowded . Lacking additional low weight dumbbells since there are quite a few women working out there. We were waiting for eachother to finish with the low weights

Disappointing experience at Compound Lifting Club. The owner, Candice, often comes across as rude and unfriendly, which makes the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. On the positive side, Jose is always very nice, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate his attitude.

I took a day pass, I left this gym appalled by the level of disrespect. Despite intending to re-rack weights, I was spoken to in an unprofessional manner and then unjustly told to leave. Respect is basic, and this gym failed. I strongly urge management to address how they treat paying guests, because no one should experience such poor conduct.

Fun gym! Open space. Plenty of room and equipment for all the activities. Would love to call it my home gym but it's absolutely worth the day pass.

I’ve been on the waitlist for about three weeks with no clear updates. It feels like unless you’re coming in to film content with a tripod or you sign up right away for a higher tier or annual membership (around $900), it’s hard to get in. Otherwise, you’re pushed toward $25–$30 daily membership. The gym looks great, but the membership and entry process feels confusing and not very welcoming for regular lifters.
