Coach Tyrone is not only patient with the kids/younger athletes but he’s very thorough in his trainings and teachings so he’s definitely worth it!!!!!
I have been a member of the Compound Fitness Studio since 2015 (consecutively) and Ty is by far the BEST trainer I've ever had! He's consistent, knowledgeable and truly cares about the progress of his clients! Everyday is a "BEAST MODE" day when working out with him! Ty has such a Loving and Awesome Spirit! He is very passionate about his work and you will definitely receive results if you stick with him. The atmosphere of the Compound is so calming and it doesn't give you the gym feeling when you walk in. *Support Him..Refer Him..Join Him*
