I absolutely love the Compound! The facilities are fantastic, my apartment is huge, and having a pool is great during Texas summers. I could not ask for a better location, because I get to be right in the middle of the city. I don't think I'll ever move.
This apartment was in a great location for the cost. Just a few minutes from the Pearl and so easy to jump onto 281 and go anywhere. The management company is very responsive to major issues like a leak or a malfunctioning air conditioner. The year we lived here, there were no crimes that we knew of and I never saw any non-residents enter the complex. Very close to a huge park that our dog loved and a nice jogging/walking path.
