I can't express how great Dr Jones and her team are and I could cite examples all day. They genuinely love and understand cats. And they have so much patience for the overprotective humans too. I've had Doc call me before hours just having seen my cat was at the ER vet the night before, and when someone had to be kept overnight, they not only cared for him well but didn't take offense to my repeated need for updates. I cannot recommend them enough.
