Very nice and kind and explained everything well just very nice place and doctor and staff was very kind also recommend if your looking for a good caring place to go
My mother and father go here. I wanted to be on call with my mom during one of her visits because she fell and was having problems. I had couple medical questions to ask. Nothing that would take long. Well this doctor said SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME BECAUSE SHE HAD OTHER PATIENTS! Keep in mind I wasn't asking for "additional" time after the appointment. I love Dr. Jacob's, her and her staff are so friendly, patient and kind. They are great with the old as well as the young! She is definitely worth the drive to Martinsville.
