I ordered a fitted sheet and a set of matching pillowcases. I got an order confirmation for both as being in stock. Then the day of shipping, they send an email canceling the backordered sheet and shipped pillowcases. Nothing was ever backordered and i certainly never would have purchased a set of pillowcases for $70 if i wasnt getting the matching sheet. I immediately called and talked to the rudest woman who was deliberately unhelpful. After the pillowcases were returned to them confirmed by tracking, no confirmation sent.... read more
