I have seen Dr Thiri (Tiffany) for a number of consults over the past 2 years and have moved to a different GP late last year. I thought it best to access my health records from this clinic so I can share with the other GP for history. When I received them and reviewed I was absolutely appalled to see the notes Dr Thiri (Tiffany) wrote about me and opinions she expressed in those notes following our appointments.
