The building and amenities are great, and maintenance and caseworkers have been solid in my experience. Management and security, however, are often an issue — frequently displaying a God complex. Laughable
I love my apartment. I have 13 secrer cats even though pets arenr aloud, but the landlord knows and is chill af he doesnt do anythinf aboit it thansk!
I toured the TCB AO Flats property with my highschool LEED building course. Everyone we met there was extremely inviting and nice, and gave my class lots of information regarding our studies. They answered questions well, and gave us a very informative tour.
