We had the best experience working with Donya finding our first home! She knew exactly what she was doing and it took less than 30 days to close! Saul was also amazing in the process as well. Being able to watch our community grow has been exciting! I highly recommend the Communities of Burwell!

Absolutely ridiculous.. as one who worked closely to the public figures to this community I’m disappointed. Our deck is two colors of brown and one blue. No resolution to the deck being fixed. Our basement door doesn’t shut completely seal wise. Also it flooded once. And around us has. Our garage door isn’t fixed. It took a couple times of a place in my garage ceiling to fall on my car for them to fix it. Our brick in the front isn’t fixed after the “builder” pointed it out. Not really sure what I moved into…we were supposed to have amenities in the neighborhood but there’s nothing and I’ve lived here for over a year….have yet to be contacted for my one year walk through…I loved my realtor Brittany Newman but the builder is not someone I would recommend…I have a leak in my bedroom that hasn’t been fixed and my outside spickets leak as well and nothing….
