Had a really great experience with this clinic! From the start, the team was super friendly, welcoming, and easy to deal with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Very unfortunate as the individual therapist my son initially saw was lovely but the practices of the clinic itself and attitude of management (who actively sees clients)- does not reflect a kind or neuro-affirming environment.
I’m extremely satisfied with the services provided by this clinic! From the very first contact, the staff were friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which is especially important when working with children. Please believe all the bad reviews you read about this clinic. I am shocked it’s still operational. I got busy & never got a chance to write a review, but after seeing all the new terrible reviews I guess nothing has changed. First off, Tanya is just horrible. They never bothered to notify me the therapist wasn’t coming in & made me arrive in terrible weather with my child. Update: The owner has gone beyond our expectations and shared insight about internal reviews and policy updates that have been made since receiving this feedback. She also refunded us the fees for our sessions to use with our new therapist. ===== Our experience here was a disappointing waste of time and money. My son was placed with an assistant whom I can only describe as disinterested, apathetic, and disengaging.
