This is one heck of a place to live. It was the first apartment I looked at when I arrived here in December, and everything else couldn't compare to what The Commonwealth at York has to offer. Very modern designs let you feel as if you're not living in the 1990's, the floor plans are nice and open, and the kitchen (my favorite room) is very accommodating in size and counter space. The best part about living here is how wonderful the staff is. The apartments are still under construction, but it's a joy to see this place come alive. The pool looks VERY inviting, the area is close to some great food and stores, and seeing a movie is only a small stroll away. Everyone on the team will make you feel welcomed & at home here. If you choose to make this place your home, you will not regret it.

Blessed to call "Commonwealth at Yorktown" my home. Love the layout of my apartment. Convenient to so many amenities. Mary and her team are so down to earth, that you wouldn't want to call any other place home. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely love Commonwealth apartments. In my opinion custom built. As soon as the finish paving and get the Co we are moving in by December 1st. Can't wait! !
