I've lived at Commonweath At York since February 2016 and I love it!! The staff is awesome they are always so friendly and would do anything for you ! It really makes you feel at home . The Apts are very nice and comfortable. I hadn't lived in apt in years and so glad I picked Commonweath At York. And I like it so well I just Renewed my lease. They are like my family ! They are the best😊Plus we have nice parties and beautiful club house and pool. Always so clean ! I would recommend Commonweath At York to all my friends!!

Don't look at any other apartments--this is THE place to be. Clean, modern, safe,fun and affordable.. The CAY is the best. Deo, Mary and the entire staff are great. You won't be disappointed--!

We truly enjoyed our time at Commonwealth at York. The whole staff is beyond friendly and very helpful. On numerous occasions, the head contractor, (when seeing I had my hands full with kids and trash bags) took my garbage out for me. The apartments are clean and upscale. The pool is wonderful and the management throws some great parties. This is a place both single and married, (with or without kids) would enjoy living. If you do have kids, it's in the boundaries of York county schools. You get the convenience of living close to oyster point, but going to schools with much better ratings than the surrounding areas. Also, very military friendly.
