Wish I was staying for more than one night
I've been trying to get in contact with the property for over 2 weeks now regarding a complaint (they permitted a purchase on my credit card that I did not authorize along with the uncleanliness of our room) about my reservation in August 2026. I've sent 2 emails in the span of 2 weeks and no one has responded yet. The customer service is very poor and I do not recommend staying here as you will receive terrible customer service if there is any issues with your stay.
