This place is way over priced for something that isn’t that great. The hot tub and pool are not maintained well at all. The maintenance crew is limited so nothing is ever fixed in a timely matter. The staff in the office never wants to help you once you’ve moved in. The place definitely needs a good manager and a staff that is excited to help residents out. Total waste of a year and money.

DO NOT RENT HERE - THE COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU TO PURCHASE THEIR INSURANCE ON SEWAGE WHICH IS NOT STANDARD PRACTICE AND ONLY COVERS THEM IN CASE OF THEIR BUILDING FAILURE. Will hold your rent checks hostage until you pay their $11 per month fee for coverage you don't need. EVAN AND JESSICA ARE HORRIBLE MANAGERS - ONCE YOU SIGN, THEY HARASS AND TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP.
Moving into the apartment at first was a hassle, but I have learned to love the apartment complex, as well at Columbus in itself. The location of the apartment is my favorite part... close enough to campus, while being a mile, AT MOST, away from every food and shopping option you could think of. The pool is also a great added bonus!

This place is terrible. I subletted for 4 months and they tried to charge me for a month after I was moving out. I was splitting a $200 fee with the person I was subletting from so I could stay a few days after the least ended and they said they said they never received her half of the payment but we had the receipts to prove it. They said they refunded her the $100 because they didn't know what it was for (which she never received) so I had to pay the full $200. Their management organization and communication is awful. I've lived here for one and a half years and i dont know what was going on with the new management last year but we went without an elevator for 7 months, our hot tub closed early and opened late, the pool and hot tub aren't cleaned regularly, the gym equipment is missing for some of the machines that allow you to hit different muscle groups, the 24/7 vending machine that supplied basic groceries is no longer in service, and the wifi is spotty. We pay for these amenities that aren't taken care of or available for tiny rooms.... read more

The Commons On Kinnear has been a great place to live! The staff that works in the leasing office has been very friendly every time I have encountered them. They put on events like 3 times a month with FREE FOOD.
