Horrible! I have lived at Granite Bluffs for over half a year and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. The noises from the parking lot keep me up all night long and wake me up around 6 or earlier every morning. The apartment itself creeks so much during the night I'm surprised I get any sleep at all. The apartments are nice but it's not worth it. The moment my lease is up I'm gone. Can't wait!!
I've lived at Granite Bluffs for almost a year and it's been nothing but disappointment. Maintenance took 3 days to fix the broken chain in my toilet, and 2 days later it was broken again. It's too noisy, too uncomfortable, and not very many friendly people.
I have lived at granite bluffs for just over a year now and I am very happy. The apartments were recently renovated and have nice granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The management is very friendly and maintenance has always been right on top of things. I would recommend living here to anyone.
