I would not recommend this property based on my experience with the leasing office and overall management practices. What should have been professional communication and tenant support turned into an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. The leasing staff, especially Michelle and Servita, came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional whenever concerns were raised. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAIRS I WOULD. I applied to a unit in this property and received ONE contact. There isn't anyone in an office to speak to and no one knows answers to specific questions. Everything is to be converted into a text message that no one answers! I was told multiple times I had to leave a message and they will get back to me. NOTHING.
